Breakfast Sausage and Egg Casserole

Prepare this delicious breakfast casserole the night before, or whip it together and throw it in the oven right away! Either way, it tastes great!

Ingredients
- (1 lb.) Pork Breakfast Sausage
- (6 Large Eggs) Chicken Eggs - Dozen
- (2 cups) Raw Cow's Milk - Half Gallon
- (6 slices, cubed) Bread
- (1 cup, shredded) Cheddar Cheese
- (1 tsp) Ground Mustard
- (To taste) Salt
Directions
Brown and crumble sausage in a skillet; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt, and mustard. Stir in bread cubes, cheese, and sausage.
Pour into a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. If desired, cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Or...
