Fill your freezer with premium, pasture-raised Berkshire pork from Honeysuckle Farm—without needing the freezer space of a whole hog.
Reserve your half hog today with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Each hog is raised on our farm from birth, and you'll have the opportunity to customize your cuts exactly how you want them. Once processed, your pork will be professionally packaged, frozen, and ready for pickup.
Buying in bulk is one of the most economical ways to enjoy premium Berkshire pork. You'll receive a variety of cuts—including bacon, ham, pork chops, roasts, ribs, sausage, and more—for an average all-in cost of about $8.40 per pound after both the farm price and processing fees are included.
*Actual take-home weight will vary depending on the size of the hog and the cutting instructions you choose.
If you have the freezer space, consider purchasing a Whole Hog. Whole hogs are priced at $4.50 per pound (hanging weight), saving you $0.25 per pound while providing all the same premium Berkshire pork.
Our pork is priced by hanging weight, which is the weight of the hog after harvest and before it is cut into individual packages.
Once your pork has been professionally cut, wrapped, and frozen, the average customer pays about $8.40 per pound of packaged pork, including both our farm price and the processor's fees.
Most customers can expect an all-in cost of approximately $8.10–$8.75 per pound, depending on the size of the hog and the cutting instructions you choose.
While the amount of packaged pork will be less than the hanging weight due to the removal of bones, excess fat, and moisture during processing, buying a half hog remains an excellent way to stock your freezer with premium Berkshire pork.
Place your $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve one of our limited half hogs.

On processing day, we'll invoice you for the remaining balance based on your half of the hog's hanging weight, less your deposit.
After your final payment has been received, we'll provide the processor's contact information. They'll guide you through the cutting options available for your half hog, including:
