Our hearty beef stock is made from our 100% grass fed pastured cows. Bones which include knuckle (imparts large quantities of gelatin to the broth), marrow (imparts flavor and the particular nutrients of bone marrow), and meaty rib bones (which add flavor and color) are used to create this powerful stock.
Meaty bones are roasted and combined with knuckle, marrow bones, vegetables, spices, water, and vinegar. Stock is simmered for 48-72 hours.
Broth is chilled overnight and fat removed from the top before it is packaged and frozen for your enjoyment. Sip on this bone broth by itself or use it as the base for delicious nutrient-dense soups or dishes.
